Student Performances
|
|
All students, with the exception of most adult classes, are invited to participate in an end of year performance.
This event is very much enjoyed by our students, but it is not compulsory, and students do not need to discontinue a class if they do not wish to participate in the show.
Parent feedback has indicated that the way we organize and run our shows is very sensitive to our students needs.

Here’s what one of our parents has to say
Hi Marie,
Just wanted to offer my congratulations and thanks for the Recital last night. Our entire (extended) family thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone commented on how you made the focus entirely on the children their talent, their enjoyment and their welfare. As a parent, I really take note of the immense consideration you give the children in organising every aspect of the recital (and the running of the school, for that matter.) I really appreciate that you allow the little ones to leave early, excuse them from the dress rehearsal, and are so organised as to allow them to just attend the rehearsal of their number only. I also felt fully confident that my children were well looked-after back stage too.
You think of everything!!
Thank you
Sarah Colborne Penney

Costumes
|
|
|
Costuming is an important and integral part of a performance, however the DANCING and experience is what is most important. We strive to keep costume prices reasonable, and where possible select costumes that can be worn by the students again. The average price of our recital costumes is $50.
